If you ever play at any of the Genting Group branches in the UK and you need to use the Genting Casino ATM while you are there, you can look forward to some consistency from the company taking your card details and paying out your cash, as Genting UK have announced that YourCash Ltd will continue supplying their ATMs at branches throughout the UK.

With a range of high quality casinos in London, Genting UK is of course part of the larger umbrella organisation Genting Group, which celebrated its forty fifth anniversary in 2010 and is a global business with interests all over the world – particularly in the gambling sphere. They currently own more than forty casinos throughout the UK, and there is always talk of adding more – making this a very prestigious contract for the ATM group, who can expect their products to be used by a huge customer range in these venues.

“We are delighted to be continuing our well established relationship with Genting UK and under the new agreement; we will be upgrading the existing ATM facilities. This contract win is a significant endorsement, by Genting UK, in recognising our capability to deliver our payment technology and cash management solutions,” says Ewan Ogilvie, who is the Director of Sales & Service for YourCash.

Meanwhile, Richard Salmond, the Chief Financial Officer of Genting UK, had this to say on the announcement: “Our relationship with YourCash was a key factor in renewing the contract. Their investment in new technology will be invaluable in the future and with their commitment to providing a quality level of service will make the ATM a valued, additional service at our casino sites”.  It is clear that some changes are afoot in the ATMs, but that they will be changing for the better and not the worse – we can expect any new machines to have features that enhance the customer experience as well as making it more difficult for criminals to defraud the system or players by using the machines in an unlawful way or by adding their own hardware.
